The run begins at 7:16 PM and features a special 7.16K route in honor of Buffalo's 716 area code. Whether you're an experienced runner, training for your next race, or looking to join your very first group run, you'll fit right in. Runner's Roost is proud to welcome runners and walkers of every experience level because we believe running is better when it's shared.
