The countdown is on for one of the most fun nights of the summer!
Join us on July 24 at 6:30 PM for the Quaker Ice Cream Dash 5K in Orchard Park. Whether you're chasing a new personal best, running your first 5K, walking with friends, or bringing the whole family, this event is designed for participants of all ages and abilities.
Thanks to an incredible response, we added more race shirts—but they're almost gone! Only 24 themed unisex race t-shirts remain, and they're available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Register by Sunday, July 12 at 11:59 PM or before the final 24 shirts are claimed to guarantee yours. Youth sizes are also available while supplies last.
The evening features a USATF Certified 5K course along the scenic Erie Cattaraugus Rail Trail before finishing just in time to enjoy all the Quaker Days festivities.
After the race, stick around for:

- Awards for overall winners, masters, and age group finishers
