The response to this year's Quaker Ice Cream Dash 5K has been incredible!
After the original allotment of race shirts filled up, we added 50 additional themed race t-shirts to give more runners a chance to take one home. Now, with just a few weeks until race day, only 26 shirt spots remain.

The Quaker Ice Cream Dash 5K returns to Orchard Park on Friday, July 24 at 6:30 p.m., bringing together runners, walkers, families, and community members for one of Western New York's favorite summer races.
The event features a USATF Certified 5K course that starts and finishes near the Orchard Park Public Library while utilizing the scenic Erie Cattaraugus Rail Trail. Whether you're chasing a personal best, running your first 5K, or simply looking for a fun summer evening, everyone is welcome to participate.
The fun doesn't stop at the finish line. Participants are invited to celebrate at the Quaker Days Ice Cream Social, complete with complimentary post-race ice cream, live music, and a fireworks show to cap off the evening.
What You'll Receive
Participants who register while shirts are still available will receive a themed unisex 100% cotton race t-shirt, with youth sizes available while supplies last.
Awards will also be presented to:
- Top Overall Male and Female
- Top Male and Female Masters
- Top three finishers in each age group, beginning with 10 & under and continuing in five-year age groups through 80+
A portion of every registration benefits the Lindsay Karen Matthews Memorial Scholarship, making every mile count toward a great local cause.
