Runner’s Roost is excited to present the Trot Like Gravy 8K Training Program, starting Wednesday, September 24th and leading all the way to the Turkey Trot 8K on Thursday, November 27th.
Led by Luke Rodgers, a USATF Certified Coach with nearly nine years of running experience, this program is built to support every type of runner, from those lacing up for the first time to seasoned athletes chasing their next PR. Luke’s passion is guiding runners to become their best selves, with coaching that takes into account all aspects of your life: sleep, nutrition, work, and family.
With this program, you’ll receive:
- Supportive group runs & workouts twice a week (Wednesdays at 6:00 PM & Saturdays at 9:00 AM)
- Planned routes, companionship, and motivation with each session
- Athlete intake form to help determine beginner vs. intermediate plans

Most group runs will meet at Runner’s Roost in Orchard Park, giving you a central, supportive hub to connect with your training crew.
